Hometown: I’m a Cleveland girl!

Describe your personal style: Minimalist, classic, a bit street at times, quirky

Favorite Two Penny Blue jacket or blazer: The Vivian Leopard Topper is the perfect fusion of sexy, glam and rock and roll!

Coffee, Tea or Other? First coffee. And then, coffee. 🙂

Words to live by: Hustle and faith. Be kind and work hard

Who is your most inspiring role model and why? My mother. She is pure joy. Words don’t even do it justice, you just have to meet her. Every single thing she does is based out of selflessness and love and to make others happy. She has shown me by how she lives that I can channel love, joy and excitement into my own work and create something really cool and meaningful with it.

Why do you choose to give back & why is it important to give back? I’m a firm believer in if we can help, we should. And I always believe that we can! I think that we have the opportunity to make impactful choices every day and at every scale that allow us to positively impact and radically transform the communities around us. I knew that when I created something of my own, I would want to put giving back at the front and center so it would be viewed as inherently important, essential, and valued within the company’s infrastructure.

What is the best part about living in Chicago? Oh goodness, where do I begin?! I would say the people, the architecture and the food. There’s something about living in a major city that’s also Midwestern that’s so awesome. It’s respected but it’s unpretentious. People are crushing it left and right but are so humble; it’s so inspiring.

Best engraving on a Le Coeur watch ever: I’ve had couples engrave the sweetest things for each other which makes me total mush! I had a couple engrave ‘I love you’ on two watches. I had another customer engrave ‘For my heart’ on the back of a watch for his and girlfriend’s anniversary. People are so sweet. It’s a huge honor being a part of special moments like that.

What is your best piece of advice for aspiring female entrepreneurs? Surround yourself with people who are way smarter than you and support you, think big picture and keep making the small moves that push you closer to your greater goal. It takes time and there’s so much that happens in a day, but I think it’s important to not get too caught up in the details, learn from every thing that you do, be grateful and keep progressing. Never do it for the money, let the love drive you.
